Tiffani Brown-Brent serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Creative Adaptations Inc., bringing a strong background in healthcare management and finance. She holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Healthcare Management and Finance from La Sierra University, where she developed a keen understanding of financial strategy within complex industries.

Following her academic achievements, Tiffani made the strategic decision to pursue a career in corporate finance rather than attending Loma Linda Medical School. She joined a Fortune 500 company at its corporate headquarters, where she gained invaluable experience over four years. During her tenure, she served as an Operations Finance FP&A Analyst I and later advanced to Real Estate Investment Strategy & Analysis Manager II.

In her role, Tiffani provided critical financial oversight as a partner liaison, supporting 30 development partners with a combined asset portfolio of approximately $200 billion. Her expertise spans financial planning, budgeting, in-depth financial modeling, and real estate investment strategy, making her a key player in driving the firm’s financial success.
