With over 35 years of experience in development and financial analysis, Ms. Brown brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Project Manager at Creative Adaptations Inc. A graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Ms. Brown has built a distinguished career spanning all phases of the commercial development process, including planning, entitlement, construction, and project completion.

Ms. Brown has extensive experience in affordable housing and supportive services, where she played a key role in securing over $80 million in grant and loan funding. Her success continued when she transitioned to a mid-level holistic healthcare firm, where she served as an Executive Program Administrator, overseeing the acquisition of more than $25 million in healthcare contracts.

A seasoned specialist in regulatory processes, Ms. Brown excels in preparing and submitting complex applications for licensing, contracting, grants, and certifications. She works closely with private foundations, local and state analysts, and federal government agencies to ensure compliance and secure necessary approvals for entitlement programs.

In the Southern California capital markets, Ms. Brown has worked on notable underwriting teams, including Forbix, Red, Grace Capital, and Nambi Bank’s 360 Enhancers. Her deep understanding of both traditional and creative financing solutions has enabled her to successfully close numerous transactions, including Conventional, Freddie Mac, and HUD-sponsored loans under Sections 221(d)(4), 232, 811, and 202. Additionally, Ms. Brown frequently prepares investor and Private Equity (PE) materials and has completed Continuing Education Units (CEUs) in Financial Modeling and Risk Analysis to stay at the forefront of industry standards.

Throughout her career, Ms. Brown has developed or co-developed over one million square feet of real estate, spanning multifamily, commercial, and healthcare-related properties. Her impressive portfolio includes a 120-bed freestanding hospice hospital and four continuing care retirement communities.
